A short look behind the scenes:
Hey Everybody this is Kevin, Josniarta and Marian and together we´re Team A0 the developers of the artgame `Way Back Home`. We study design in Dessau at University Anhalt Department of Design.
First, the idea for the game arises very quickly in our heads.
After some minutes the fundamental contents were build up and some sketches later we decided that we should do the design very simple and flat, but colorful.
The hole game only consists of circuits and rectangles and was build with the Gamesalad Creator an authoring tool developed by GameSalad, Inc. aimed primarily at non-programmers for composing games in a drag-and-drop fashion, using visual editors and a behavior-based logic system.
