Cartagena. Colombia,  23th of September 2016. After over fifty years in war and over four years in a peace process ,the colombian goverment and  the  Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) reach a peace agreement , and agreement that amongst other things established the abandonment of the weapons and the return of their personel to the civil life. Questions like  how are they going to merge in the Colombian society are a main concern into the post-conflict era.

The task of reintegrate the former members of this illegal group is a mayor duty that involves different sectors of the colombian society. Such as politics ( a legislation change is on the way ) cultural (the level of education of the ex-farc members ) economy (high rate unemployment) and the most important of all the social sector. Which is the most skeptic part  of all the previuos mention. Due the ignorance towards the peace agreements, and the generalized social stigma that comes from over 50 years of being in war.

However, as most of all the Colombian citizens, ex-farc members are skilled. an They also want to fulfill the dreams that were stopped when they become an active part of the colombian conflict. That process would be easier if the, Colombian people can develop empathy towards the Ex-farc member, allowing them to know each other and to trust each other again. Otherwise the whole intention of the peace agreements will be reduce to words in a paper.

Through a skillset (hardskills/softskills) system. CaméYa! was developed as a tool for Ex-farc members and Colombian community. In which employers would be able to hire personal for short-term jobs. In contrary to a regular work network, in CaméYa! the user would be able to look into a possible employee’s abilities and their qualities as a person.
